$35 Promotional Credit - In-Store Experience

This document outlines the terms and conditions applicable to the $35 promotional credit, hereinafter referred to as the Credit, offered by AMQ Première

1. Credit Overview

1.1 The Credit corresponds to a maximum promotional value of $35, applicable exclusively to the purchase of products offered by AMQ Première, with no obligation to spend a minimum amount.

1.2 The Credit:
● is not a sum of money,
● has no monetary value,
● does not constitute a monetary gift card,
● cannot be considered a payment, deposit or advance.

1.3 The Credit is offered for promotional purposes, without financial consideration, and is issued exclusively as part of a planned in-store experience.

2. In-Store Experience Process

2.1 Full participation in a planned in-store experience with an authorized representative is required for the granting and activation of the Credit.

2.2 The purpose of the experience is to present the products, services and terms offered by AMQ Première.

2.3 The experience:
● does not create any purchase obligation,
● does not require any payment,
● does not require the signing of a contract,
● does not impose any minimum product purchase for the use of the Credit.

2.4 When the beneficiary shares their eating habits or food purchases with a spouse, partner or any other person, the presence of that person is strongly recommended during the experience to ensure a complete and appropriate presentation.

2.5 In the absence of that person, the experience may be postponed.

3. Presentation Experience

3.1 The experience is informational and promotional.

3.2 Any eventual decision is made freely and voluntarily.

3.3 The beneficiary may end the experience at any time, without justification and without financial consequence.

4. Use of the Credit

4.1 The Credit is applicable only to AMQ Première products.

4.2 Products must be picked up at a participating store.

4.3 The Credit may be used with no minimum purchase required, meaning that no minimum product amount is required to benefit from it.

4.4 The Credit:
● does not apply to taxes,
● does not apply to additional fees, if any,
● is subject to product availability.

4.5 The Credit must be used in a single transaction, unless otherwise indicated in writing.

4.6 Any unused portion of the Credit is forfeited, without refund or carryover.

5. Validity Period

5.1 Due to its promotional nature, the Credit must be used on the same day as the in-store experience, unless otherwise indicated in writing.

5.2 If not used during this experience, the Credit becomes null and void, with no possibility of extension or replacement.

6. Applicable Limitations

The Credit is:
● non-redeemable for cash,
● non-refundable,
● non-exchangeable for money or an equivalent,
● non-transferable,
● non-resellable,
● cannot be combined with any other current offer, discount, promotion or credit, unless otherwise stated in writing by AMQ Première.
Any non-compliant use may result in the cancellation of the Credit.

7. Product Availability

7.1 Use of the Credit depends on product availability in store.

7.2 AMQ Première does not guarantee any specific product and cannot be held responsible for temporary or permanent unavailability.

8. General Provisions

8.1 Since the Credit is not a monetary transaction, no refund request may be made.

8.2 The in-store experience does not constitute a contractual commitment.

8.3 The terms of use of the Credit, including its validity limited to the in-store experience, are communicated to the beneficiary before booking.

8.4 By using the Credit, the beneficiary confirms having reviewed:
● the promotional nature of the Credit,
● its validity limited to the in-store experience,
● the terms relating to the experience,
● the fact that the Credit is applicable with no minimum product purchase.

9. Adjustments and Cancellation

9.1 AMQ Première reserves the right to refuse, cancel or suspend the Credit in the event of non-compliance with these terms.

9.2 No indemnity or compensation may be claimed.

10. Acceptance of Terms

10.1 Booking an experience, participating in it or using the Credit confirms full acceptance of these terms.
